Jeff “Poolman” Harding (R)
I am Jeff Harding, 52, a Bay St. Louis resident, retired firefighter/EMT, and I own Gulf Coast Pools. I am a state-licensed general contractor, master plumber, and master electrician.
I am a firm believer in small, transparent government, and not one to hide the people's business behind closed doors. Executive session guidelines must be followed as prescribed by law. We need to set Hancock County on a path of economic development, bring large employers to our county, and have those employees be residents.
Taxpayers deserve knowing those working for them are the best; this includes the schools and public safety. We must remove duplicate services, and squeeze each taxpayer nickel as far as possible. Your County government must work closely with our schools and cities for the betterment of all.
Please allow me to serve you for the next four years.

Anthony Pace (I)

An opinion exists among many of the residents of Hancock County that important county decisions are made in "back room" negotiation. This idea erodes public trust, adding to an overall feeling of helplessness and frustration. I believe that only through transparent government can we build the trust needed for success.
Hancock County has seen a great amount of rebuilding as we continue to recover from Hurricane Katrina. We are all fortunate to live in such a rich and beautiful place. However, even with the great strides we have made, there is still work to be done.
I am running for Supervisor of District 4, because I believe that I am uniquely qualified for the position of County Supervisor. As an attorney and successful business owner, I have both the education and practical experience to help make this amazing county an even more amazing home for my family and yours.

Maurice E. Singleton, Jr (D)

Maurice Singleton grew up in Bay St. Louis. He is a graduate of Bay High School and holds a B.S. degree in journalism from USM.
Maurice is a fourth generation member of his father's family to call Hancock County home. He has been married to Vonretta for 38 years, and they are the parents of three adult sons.
Maurice serves on the boards of the Bay-Waveland School District, the Boys and Girls Clubs Hancock County Unit, and Jobs for Mississippi Graduates. He currently serves as Grand Knight of the Knights of Peter Claver Council #6 at St. Rose Church.
A friend says Maurice's gift is "building bridges between people," which is consistent with his goals for District 4 Supervisor. "I will work with the other supervisors, other officials and citizens to work through problems."
